The reactor is a comprehensive reaction vessel. The structure, function and accessories of the reactor are designed according to the reaction conditions. The autoclave body is mainly made of 1cr18ni10ti stainless steel, and titanium (TA2), nickel (Ni6) and composite steel plate can be made according to the requirements of different media. The autoclave body structure has flat cover, convex cover and closed reactor body with manhole. The opening on the autoclave cover can be designed according to the requirements of users; The heating methods include jacket steam, jacket hot oil and electric heating, which can be selected by users when ordering.
The inner surface of the kettle with polishing requirements can reach the above mirror polishing level, and the materials with high viscosity can be processed into a conical bottom, which is convenient for discharging and cleaning.
The reactor materials generally include carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel base (Hastelloy, Monel) alloy and other composite materials. The reactor can be made of SUS304, SUS316L and other stainless steel materials. Agitators include anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbine type, scraper type and combined type. The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloidal needle wheel reducer, stepless speed reducer or variable frequency speed regulation, which can meet the special reaction requirements of various materials.
The reactor sealing device can adopt mechanical seal, packing seal and other sealing structures. Jacket, half pipe, coil, Miller plate and other structures can be used for heating and cooling. The heating methods include steam, electric heating and heat transfer oil to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Moreover, it can be designed and manufactured according to the process requirements of users.
